Are you ready to step up and serve as
the Virtual Region’s Secretary?

This board member position is entrusted with taking minutes of all assembly and board meetings, submitting these minutes to the Digital Resources Committee, creating a digital copy of all Virtual Region documents for storage, maintaining a contact list of all reps, IG chairs, committee chairs, and board members, preparing registration and Virtual Region Assembly materials, updating credentials and roll call for the Virtual Region Assembly, and reviewing updated motions from the Virtual Region business assemblies.

Call for Service:

The Virtual Region Bylaws Committee is looking for trusted servants willing to work on this vital committee.

We review and prepare bylaw changes, and also changes to the Policy & Procedures manual.

If you enjoy parliamentary procedure and learning about the process of making changes within the Virtual Region, check us out.
